The innovative, non-intrusive software from Canon sends regular readings to a Cloud server. This allows us to monitor your printer for you.
Just like a copier service agreement, the ink inclusive service agreement includes all labour, parts and consumables for the entire term. (excludes paper)
The Canon monitoring software tells us when your inks are low & we will send new inks when required. Ink is billed in arrears and you only pay for the ink you have used.
The Canon monitoring software sends us automatic alerts. This system allows us to monitor your printers performance, see errors & warnings in real time. Our support team can also see a list of any problems you may have encountered in the past, this helps to improve service response times.
Key printer parts are monitored for performance which allows us to action any required preventative maintenance – faults fixed before they occur.
