The Canon imagePROGRAF range have very intelligent paper feed systems, but sometimes the media itself can be poorly loaded or very loose on the roll.

If the media isn’t straight, otherwise known as “skewed”, this can cause printing errors. Luckily, Canon’s automatic Skew Detection will straighten (de-skew) the media for you and you can carry on printing.

However, in very extreme cases some manual intervention may be needed. Customers can easily realign the media by lifting the media cover and paper lever and then straightening the media against the orange line on the right of the platen.

Sounds tricky? No need to worry, the printer’s touch screen LCD panel will carefully guide them through every step.
